No signs of a new signing or Ade leaving!! + Arsenal News Evening round up!!!

Its all gone a bit quiet and calm after the ‘Ade to City’  storm.Well there’s no development in the tranfer market as far as Arsenal is concerned.Ade is still an Arsenal player (may be calculating the tax he would be paying next season). Adebayor will not be doing Arsenal any favour with this since AW seems all set to miss out on Klaas Huntelaar with reports in Spain suggesting Real Madrid haven’t recieved any bid from Wenger. With the Spanish side keen on finalising Huntelaar’s transfer soon Arsenal surely need to react quickly.

But AW like always doesn’t miss out on any teenage talent. We are close to signing Batrovic who has been dubbed the new ‘Messi’. I still can’t understand how we miss out on the Benzema’s,Melo’s and Ribery’s but never ever miss out on the new Messi ,new Fabregas or other younger talents. Its all good since we certainly have a very very bright future. But coming back to present Arsenal kick off their pre-season fixtures against Barnet FC tomorrow. Its not just a fixture to give the reserves a chance but an indication of things to come this season. It will attract more interest since Tomas Rosicky is back (yay!!) and new boy Thomas Vermaelen likely to play. The squad is filled with youth teamers and reserve team players but has experience in the form of Arshavin,Almunia,Gallas and Djourou. I can’t wait to see Rosicky in action which is a sentiment  shared by Fabregas too.  Fabregas has said that he wants his best friend in the team to be back playing ,like he used to before the injury. Hope it turns out that way. In other news Theo wants Arsenal to grind out results even if that means giving up on the beautiful ‘arsenal way’.Sounds fine since we surely needed that when we were adding up all the draws last season.

That’s it for now on a relatively boring day…Expect alot of stuff tomorrow and a longer post, with the pre-season fixture. Also hoping for some development in the transfer market.

Cheers!
